Most event companies subcontract stand fabrication, and lose control of quality and schedule at the same time. We chose to own the whole line: a carpentry workshop, a digital print department, a paint booth and an equipment store — all under our direct management.
The result is that a change which takes a week with an outside contractor takes us a day, and the stand leaves the factory assembled and tested before it ever reaches the show floor.
